What happens when I make a complaint?
When you contact us, we listen to your concerns and discuss the options that are available to you for resolving your complaint.
We will ask you:
- your name and contact details
- what your complaint is about
- who is involved
- what you would like to happen next and - what outcome you’d like to work towards
We will then begin the process of resolving the complaint satisfactorily
In most cases, we need this information to help resolve your complaint, but if you have any concerns about sharing this information with us, please let us know.
We will work collaboratively in a solution focused manner to ensure you feel safe and heard throughout the process & your rights are upheld. Your feedback is valuable for us to implement positive change and ensure the highest standard of service delivery for all of our participants.
